The balanced diet you need

Your exercising life is highly dependent on your dietary lifestyle. “You can’t out-exercise a bad diet” says Daily Burn Life. Also, starving yourself puts your health at risk—especially when exercising.

Drink water

The Most Important thing you need to remember, in fact ranked above a good diet plan; is water. DRINK WATER!!! Whether it be Still or tap water, you need to make drinking water a priority and habit. According to Health Harvard: A healthy person needs 800 ml to 1.4 Litre of fluid per day. Drinking fluids is crucial to staying healthy and maintaining the function of every system in your body, including your heart, brain, and muscles.

Importance of Breakfast

The second most important thing—although many may argue; is breakfast. A good breakfast sets up your day and fuels you up with enough energy to take on whatever is thrown at you. I always recommend taking a cereal for breakfast – because cereals are packed with vitamins. You can have oats or corn flakes, have that in the morning before you start your day.

In addition to cereal, have a banana with or after you breakfast meal. A banana will keep your nutrient levels high, which is ideal because your body does not store potassium. Note! It is highly advised that you give your body at least 30 mins after eating a Banana before you hit the gym.

For lunch, there are many recipes you can follow to help keep your diet up to standard, I would recommend that you keep your lunch as raw and natural as possible. Avoid cooked foods as much as possible- fried foods are going to set you back because of the oil (grease) used, as for boiled— I was never a fan, because all the vitamins go with your water.
